ICFF Costruction
Nooka, SOFTlab, and Tietz-Baccon, three of New York’s leading fashion and industrial design incubators, are joining together to create a unique installation at DDCLAB in New York’s fashionable Meatpacking District. The installation, entitled ‘COstruction’, fuses architecture with fashion, using unexpected forms and materials to underscore Nooka’s influence in the design world.
Come join us at the COstruction launch party on May 15th at 7PM. Music will be provided by DJ Michna. DDC Lab is located at 427 West 14th Street, New York, NY.

Adventure Time
Nooka has partnered with Cartoon Network Enterprises (CNE) to create a limited-edition timepiece based on Adventure Time, the fun, irreverent new series from creator Pendleton Ward that has people everywhere saying things like “algebraic,” “mathemagical” and “rhombus!”. The Adventure Time watch features graphics and colors inspired by Jake, human Finn’s loveable canine companion and best friend. Get yours here!
Cut&Paste
On Saturday April 16th, Cut&Paste held their 2nd annual Global Championship competition at New York’s famous Webster Hall. 30 top designers were brought in from the autumn tour to NYC to compete onstage for the top crown. Matthew Waldman was a guest judge for the competition.
Dave Stolte, the grand prize winner of the 2d design will collaborate with Nooka to develop a new watch to be produced in limited quantity.
Projected Affection
Projected Affection is an interactive window display developed for AC Gears, New York’s premiere gadget boutique. The piece, created by NYU Graduate Student, Emily Ryan, reveals the hidden world of AC Gears by exploring a love story between the store’s two window mannequins. An opening party will be held on Friday, May 6th from 8pm to 10pm at AC Gears at 69 E. 8th Street, New York, NY. Nooka is proud to be a sponsor of the event!
Team Nooka
We are thrilled to announce the release of the Team Nooka BMX Collection. The release features 4 limited edition timepieces, each customized by our BMX athletes. Each athlete was selected due to their profile in BMX as well as for the way they represent Nooka’s Mindstyle philosophy. Morgan Wade, Mike Spinner, Edwin dela Rosa, and Steve McCann have each custom designed their own timepiece to capture their unique style and personality.
