BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Most Nooka watches require the CR2016 watch battery, which can be found wherever watch batteries are sold. The Zon model requires a CR2025 watch battery. If the LCD/Display goes blank or dims when the EL light button is pressed, it means the battery is getting low and needs to be replaced.

After replacing the battery, you may need to reset your watch by pressing all 4 buttons and holding them for a few seconds. The display should reset to 12AM. If it does not reset your watch, try adjusting the battery position. Often, the watch will reset itself once you screw in the caseback. Replacing the battery resolves most problems, but if you continue to encounter problems with your watch, please email service[at]nooka[dot]com

ADJUSTING THE BAND
For the Nooka Zub, find the end of the band and use two fingers to squeeze the clasp as shown in the diagram. This releases the clasp so you can easily put on/take off your Nooka Zub.

For the metal mesh bands, use a small screwdriver to pull up the metal lever as shown in the diagram. Once released, you will be able to slide it along the band to find your size. Lock in place and you are ready to go.

For the stainless steal bracelet, please go to your local watch store to have your bracelet adjust to your size.

NOOKA ZUB CARE
We use the finest polyurethane and composites to produce the Nooka Zubs. Please consider a leather or metal mesh strap model if you are allergic to polyurethane or latex.

Under normal daily use, a polyurethane strap will last 18 months. An intense urban environment or exposure to direct sunlight will shorten the duration of wear and cause premature deterioration. Also, exposure to bleach and oxidizing chemicals will cause the strap to change color.

Polyurethane will discolor naturally and pick up dirt much like an eraser. We feel this natural process adds individuality to each piece and also highlights the ephemeral nature of time. you can clean the polyurethane using dish soap and water or a wet Magic Eraser (a P&G product). A clean, white pencil eraser often will remove smudges and other marks. Please avoid using an abrasive scrub.

If you understand the unique qualities of the zub, we’re sure you will enjoy it. Since the straps cannot be replaced, wear with care to maximize lifespan.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Any unworn or unused Nooka products that have been purchased from the Nooka Online Store can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. Nooka will also accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact a Nooka representative at service[at]nooka[dot]com BEFORE sending any product back to receive authorization for a return or exchange. Nooka will not accept any product without authorization.

NOOKA 90 DAY WARRANTY
All watches come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, which is determined by availability, and the time of purchase. Replacement is often used within 30 days after purchase with the same product or like product when repair service is unavailable.

Please note: Watch bands and batteries are NOT covered by this warranty unless defective. Proof of purchase is required.
